Fourth sentence of the description shall be amended to read:- "Collyweston slated roofs."

Seventh sentence of the description shall be amended to read:- "Ashlar blocking to left hand ground floor bay with inserted C20 shop window, two ground floor sixteen paned hung sash windows to right hand and five smaller first floor windows."

Two houses, formerly a house and shop. Late C18 or early C19 with later alterations. Ashlar limestone walls and dressings and coursed limestone rubble, C19 brick. Welsh slated roofs. Three ashlar stacks with single shafts and moulded cornices. Two storeys with cellar and rear ranges. Openings to doorways and windows with flush keystones to flat arches. Two entrances with recessed six-panelled door to left hand and replacement door to right hand both with round headed fanlights and patterned cast iron glazing bars. Ashlar blocking to left hand ground floor bay with inserted sixteen-paned hung sash window, two similar ground floor windows to right hand and five smaller first floor windows. Cast iron boot scraper to right hand door. Formerly a grocer's shop, closed in 1850 and purchased by L.C. Gilbert builder and contractor who removed C18 shop fittings to his workshop adjoining No. 2 London Road.
