Ninety-seven sheets of drawings of the Royal Citadel and associated military sites in and around Plymouth. Included are copies of sixteenth, seventeenth and eighteenth century plans; Ordnance Survey maps and site plans derived from them; skeleton record plans from the 1920s; drawings of railings for St Katherine's Chapel from 1950; drawings of the main gateway from 1949, 1988 and 1991 to 1996; drawings of a gun and gun carriage for the Citadel from 1962 and between 1986 and 1988; drawings of St Nicholas Island, the Tower House on Firestone Bay and a proposed road to Plymouth Hoe; a 1968 drawing of a plaque from the Citadel's east block; site plans from the late 1970s and early 1980s; photogrammetric survey drawings from 1983 to 1984, and 1995; rectified photography from 1995; and colour photographic copies of site plans from the 1970s or 1980s.
