Description

In September 2003 the team of Architectural Investigators in the Cambridge Office of English Heritage was asked to coordinate a programme of investigation, relating documentary research to the surviving buildings and landscape at Bletchley Park.

The Buildings File is comprised of 3 boxes; survey photography is in box 1. The boxes contain folders of research material for: Blocks A-H, Teleprinter Rooms, Wilton Hall, Transport Complex, Canteen, Goods-in and Stores, Diesel Houses, MOW Surveyors' Hut, Post-War Buildings, Dormitories, Guard Houses, Quarters, Fences, Hut 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8/18, 9,9A and 12, 10, 10A, 11, 11A, 12 (2nd position), Stable Yard, Kitchen Garden and associated buildings, Garages, Wilton Lodge (West Lodge), Laundry and Laundry Cottage, Leon Cottages, Noel Cottages, Pavilion Lodge, Cricket Pavilion and Cricket Ground, Home Farm and Home Farm Cottages, Dairy and Turpin Cottages, and Bletchley Park Landscape.
