The drawings are annotated with measurements and construction notes. The fixtures are shown in a mixture of plans, elevations and sections and a range of scales from 1/2" to 1ft to3" to 1" to 1ft. The construction details are details of beams, shown in three drawing in separate areas of the paper at 1.5" to 1ft and an elevation and section of a partition at 1" to 4ft. This tracing is signed by several Royal Engineers. There is also a copy of this plan which is tinted and has an additional pencil sketch.
