2 town houses later remodelled as house with shop. C18. Part on right remodelled early C19 in similar style to left-hand part which is early C19. Stucco on probable mostly rubble with moulded architraves, 1st-floor sill string, 2nd-floor sill brackets and end pilasters over shop front on right, low-pitched scantle slate roof on left; steep half-hipped asbestos slate roof on right; stuccoed stack on right, cast-iron ogee gutters over moulded eaves. Shallow-depth plan.
3 storeys on left; 2 storeys plus attic on right; 3-window plus 1-window range. Early C19 sashes with glazing bars except to lower halves of 1st-floor sashes; central sash of group of sashes within frame of stucco pilasters with consoles and moulded hood, flanked by keyed segmental-arched architraves; small-paned slightly bowed oriel, on right, with sidelights and moulded entablature over late C19 three-light shop front with canted return light on right, all with elliptical heads; other lights with intermediate mullions removed but slender surviving mullions with Ionic caps; end pilasters and moulded entablature with fascia. Central pilastered doorway with altered panelled door; carriage with C20 doors on left; plate-glass shop window on right of doorway. INTERIOR not inspected.
