Two houses, now offices. Early C19 with minor later alterations. Stucco with painted stone dressings and slate roof. Three storeys and 5 bays. Plinth.
Horizontal rustication to ground floor. Inserted flat-headed door to far left with tall semi-circular headed doorcase with radiating stucco voussoirs, double leaf 6 raised and fielded panelled door and plain fanlight, to its right. Lower similar semi-circular headed door to far right and between, four plate-glass sashes with projecting sills and flat rusticated stucco arches. Wide first-floor sill band to five full-height unequally hung 15-pane sashes with panelled aprons, below stucco flat arches with incised voussoirs and keystones. Above 4 plate-glass sashes to left and one 12-pane sash to right with inserted small sash beyond to right, all with projecting sills. Early C19 hopper head to far left. Moulded stone cornice, brick: end stacks.
