C18. Dressed stone plinths in English garden wall bond. Local hand-made brick.

Pantiled roof with off-centre and end brick chimneys, one flat late C19 dormer. Two storeys, six windows, probably two builds but concealed by creeper at time of survey.

Two right hand windows above carriageway with modern lintel; subsidiary door adjoining. Sash windows, those on first floor with glazing bars, gauged flat arches at left. Four-panel door with oblong fanlight in simple pilaster surround.
