Splayed corner. 2nd floor sill band, listel, slight moulded cornice, parapet.

2 windows to Union Street, one to corner and one to Upper Borough Walls, sashes 1st floor, casements to upper floors. Modern shop front. Nos 13 to 15 are matching facsimiles.
