House. C17 or earlier. S parlour addition higher and a little later. One and a half storeys 4 windows front with central door.

Timberframed and plastered on high rendered plinth. Steep gabled roof with 3 gabled dormers. Modern red tiles. One and a half storeys parlour addition plastered, 1 window with hipped dormer and gabled roof in line with house. Old red tiles and internal gable stack. Large external red brick lateral stack at rear of house. Casement windows renewed. Small lean-to bracketed tiled porch. In an important position at entrance to village. On estate map of 1672/3 in HRO.
