3/21 Dover Cottage GV II Cottage. C16, early C17, C18 and C20. Walls mostly rendered, with some painted brickwork in Flemish bond, and a C20 north gable, cambered arches to the ground- floor. Thatched roof, eyebrow dormers. Late-medieval small timber-framed house of 3 bays (with central open hall), with fireplace and 1st floor inserted in the early C17, cladding of the C18, extensions at each end of the C20. Main elevation (east) of 1 storey and attic, 2 above 3 windows. Casements. 2 plain doorways.

The interior framework indicates the phases of construction.
