House, early C19, brick with pantile roof, stucco lintels, stone sills, 2 coped gables, 3 gable stacks, single off-centre ridge stack. 2 storeys, 6 windows, in 2 ranges. West range has off-centre C20 half-glazed door flanked to west by single C20 2 light glazing bar casement, to east by C19 glazing bar sash, all with stucco lintels ; beyond, moulded timber doorcase with decorative brackets to hood and rectangular overlight, containing C19 part-glazed panelled door. Above, 3 C19 glazing bar sashes. East range has central C20 metal framed french window, flanked to west by C19 canted timber bay and to east by C19 glazing bar sash; above, 3 C20 top hung casements.
