LYDNEY CHURCH ROAD SO 60 SW (east side) 7/65 Monument to THOMAS STEPHENS in the churchyard c7m south of the tower of the church of St Mary - II Upright chest tomb. C18. Sandstone. Flat top with inset corners, moulded edge, bolstered ends, fielded rectangular panel to north, moulded base, all on flat plinth. Inscription to Thomas Stephens, 1795. This design very similar to that of the monument to Charles Cauls (qv).
