Rendered with applied timber boarding to cover framing. Stone slate roof. H-plan with rear outshut to 2-bay hall range, the left (west) wing is 2-bays long. Two storeys. Both wings are gabled and have one 2-light window to each floor. The hall range has a central ground- floor window with entrance to far right and two 2-light windows to 1st floor.
Brick stacks. Outshut to rear with altered openings. Rear of west wing shows exposed posts, tie-beam and curving braces.
Interior: The west wing has a collar rafter roof with evidence that the ends were formerly half-hipped (Ryder), some framing survives in east wall. The hall has a king-post roof with raking struts and tie-beams are braced to posts. The central tie-beam has been cut out to increase headroom probably when the hall was floored in C17 or early CI8.
