Cottage, probably C17. Rubble, laid in alternating large and small courses, with angle quoins and coped gables, with moulded kneelers.

The tiled roof with dormer windows. 3 unit plan, one unit right of door. All windows have been renewed, those on ground floor with concrete lintels. Gable and axial stacks, moulded stone. Early C20 vernacular revival wing to rear.
