BEAMINSTER FLEET STREET, (EAST SIDE) ST 4701/4801 7/64 Nos 12 and 14 GV II

2 attached cottages, possibly a former coach-house; c.1800. Rubble-stone walls. Slate roof with tile crestings and stone gable-coping at left hand.

Brick stacks at left and right hand gables. 2 storeys. 3 windows, sashes with glazing-bars. Stone cills. Rendered surrounds. Former carriage entrance at centre with rusticated jambs, and depressed rusticated arch- head. This now divided by a central rusticated pillar, C20, to create 2 front doors with individual fanlights over.
