FLETCHING SPLAYNE'S GREEN 1.

5208 Timbers and Four Ways TQ 42 SW 25/781 II 2.

One building, originally the poorhouse. Later 2 cottages. L-shaped building.

The south wing is an early C17 timber-framed building with some timbering exposed but mostly refaced with red brick. South side tile-hung with a half-hipped gable with a slight overhang. Tiled roof. Casement windows.

C18 L-wing to east. North cottage an C18 addition in painted brick. Two storeys. Five windows.
