SANDHURST TQ82NW LOMAS LANE 1350-0/6/200 Lomas 20/06/67 (Formerly Listed as: Lomas Farmhouse) II House. 2 parallel ranges, the front range a C15 open hall house with inserted chimneystack, refenestrated in late C19 and C20, the rear range early to mid C19. Front range is timber-framed with plastered infill. Tiled roof hipped to left and half-hipped to right with off central C17 brick chimneystack. 2 storeys 4 windows, mainly tripartite sashes.

Wooden doorcase with dentilled cornice, pilasters and moulded architraves. Left side elevation has ground floor of red brick with grey headers and tile hung 1st floor. Rear range is stuccoed with tiled roof, brick chimneystack and has 2 storey canted bay to right end. Interior has octagonal crown post with 4 head braces to collar beam, smoke blackened rafters and old floorboards.
