House. Late C17/early C18. Squared coursed limestone with pantile roof.

Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 3-window range. Ground floor windows are C20 casements, in original moulded stone surrounds, with central stone mullions and hood moulds. Central first floor window is a C19 casement with similar moulded stone surround. First floor windows to left and right are C20 casements under Lincolnshire dormers. Central C20 door has square head with moulded stone surround. C20 door under concrete lintel to far right. Ashlar gable parapets, on lines of party walls, with finial to right. Brick and stone stack to left.

Lateral stone stack to rear elevation. Interior not inspected but noted as having open fireplace with bressumer.
