House. Early C16 open hall house, floor and central chimney inserted in hall in late C17 (wood block with 'WN. RS 1673' now loose in house may date these). Timber frame roughcast with steep roof now of asbestos tiles. A small 3-unit plan house facing N with 2 storeys W part roofed as a crosswing and one storey and attic. E part axially divided as service rooms. C17 central chimney and lobby entry take up W bay of hall. N front has 3 windows and gabled porch, gabled dormer on roof slope to left of porch, central chimney in line with porch, gabled 2- storeys wing on right with half-timbered gable, one window to each floor and end lean-to extension.
