1092 (East Side) Presentation of Mary Convent School SX 9292 SW 6/362 II GV 2.
Centre part of front is 2 storeys, stucco, probably late C18. 2 round-headed windows and modern pedimented door-case. 4 windows below and 3 above, sashes with glazing bars. Parapet, slate roof. Garden front has round-arched doorway of old stone fitted with French windows with Gothic gables. Large bowed windows of similar date.
All the listed buildings in Palace Gate form a group.
