Farmhouse. C15 or earlier in origin. C16 cross wing.

Extensions of later C16 and mid C17. Cased in red brick early C19. Large C19/20 rear extensions. Long range with Plain tile roof. 2 storeys. 5 windows. Open hall was formerly at E end.

This rebuilt in mid-C17, reusing some smoke-blackened rafters.

Cross wing towards W has hipped roof, the upper floor formerly jettied. To W is a slightly jettied range with heavy framing.

Early C19 door at centre has flush Panels and large scroll brackets carrying flat hood. C19 glazing bar casements throughout. Interior of the E side has some exposed chamfered ceilina beams with moulded stops. (RCHM Typescript)
