Yellow brick structure, the front colourwashed. Clay tile roof. 2-room plan, 2 storeys. One single light to ground floor, 2 2-light windows to first floor, all cast iron lattice casements. Plank door to RH under gabled tiled hood. Yellow brick multiple ridge stack. Included for group value.
