A C18 appendage to No 32. 2 storeys tile hung. The roof slopes steeply to the left hand side. The lst floor has 1 3-light canted bay with glazing bars intact.
The ground floor has 1 double hung sash and a right side simple doorcase with rectangular fanlight.
Nos 30 to 34 (even) form a group.
