SHIPDHAM CHAPEL STREET TF 9507 (north side) 14/80 Shipdham Manor House (formerly listed 30.5.60 as Dean House) GV II Home for the elderly. Late C18 and later. Brick with black and red pantile roofs. 2 storeys to main block which consists of 5 bays of sash windows with glazing bars beneath skewback arches. Central raised and fielded panelled door with traceried semicircular fanlight beneath a rubbed brick arch of 2 orders. Gable-end stacks. Lower flanking blocks (single-storeyed) to east, 2-storeyed to west) each with a semicircular headed window with glazing bars. Service wings and outbuildings to rear.
