8/144 Walls and steps to terrace in front of Old Manor House, and boundary wall to the south

GV II

Terrace and boundary walls. Terrace probably C17, boundary walls of uncertain date. Terrace approached by flight of 6 stone steps with low balustrade walls with moulded copings. Terrace retaining wall of ashlar, with moulded coping. At each end a raised section of similar wall, returning towards the house. Slightly raised square terminal piers, with vase finials. Boundary wall to south of house of rubble stone, with plain capping. This last included for group value.
