Farm House. Dated P. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar I A 1763 dressings; clay tile roof with coped verges on kneelers; hammer dressed ashlar end stack and limestone rubble ridge stacks. 2 storeys; 2:1 windows; catslide outshut to right hand bay; 2 light casements to 1st floor, 4 light casements to ground floor; central C20 door; continuous dripstone above door and ground floor window.

Low extension to left with board door to right and casement window to left.
