Cottage. Circa 1840. White painted render. Thatched roof, gabled to north, east and west with decorative pierced bargeboards, and hipped over curved rustic verandah to south with eye brow dormer above. Central stack with 2 patterned octangonal teracotta shafts. 1 storeys. Thatched hipped canted bay to west with one and 2-light C20 casements in lean-to to left, and 2-light C20 casement in gable end above. 6-light curved window beneath verandah to south, and 4-centered arched boarded door to left.
