10/154 Magnolia House (previously listed as Redwald under 25.10.51 The Street) GV II

House. Core probably C16 or early C17, early-mid C19 facade. Timber framed, part plastered with colourwashed brick facade and red brick to left hand gable; plaintiled roof. 2 storeys and attic. 3 window range, inset sashes with glazing bars, flat brick arches; central doorway with 6-panel door, the upper 2 panels glazed, panelled pilasters, frieze and cornice; 3 small flat-roofed dormers, internal stack.
