6/35 Barn approx. 40 metres east of Frating Hall

GV II

Barn. C16/C17 origin with later repairs and additions. Timber framed and weatherboarded. Red pantiled roof. Gabled midstrey to northwest outshot to north to form a granary, 2 pigeon holes to gable. Gabled midstrey to east. 6 original and 3 C18/C19 bays. Now with hanging knees to tie beams, originally with arched braces to at least 7 bays. Mainly a side purlin roof pegged at ridge with later queen struts.
