DITCHINGHAM DRAPERS LANE TM 39 SE 6/34 All Hallows Farmhouse

Farmhouse. C17 and later; dated I.L.1688 on east gable. Rendered and colour- washed over timber frame and clay lump; red brick front. Steeply-pitched roof of black glazed pantiles. Two storeys and attics, rectangular plan.
South facade four windows wide, unequal bays: 2 and 3-light casements, C20 replacements. Segmental heads over ground floor openings. Half-glazed entrance door off-centre to east. Large axial stack off-centre to west.
External chimney stack on east gable. North gable rendered, with drip shelves. One-storey pantiled lean-to at gable base. Brick and pantile lean- to addition on north side; one old first floor casement with leaded glazing.
Eastern bay of main block all red brick with two Gothick casements, single- light at ground floor, 2-light at attic level. East gable apex rendered, with drip shelves.
