Part formerly cottage, now public house. C17, C18 and C19.

Public House: C18 and C19. Brick ground floor, part painted, tile-hung first floor with thick alternate bands of plain and fishscale tiles, and plain tile roof. 2 storeys and cellar.

Left section: C18. Lower than the rest with hipped roof to left, rear brick stack and 3-light first-floor casement. Large brick lean-to to front elevation. Left return wing weatherboarded.

Central section: Late C19. Projects to front. Roof hipped to road, with weathervane. 2 large first-floor casements. Half- glazed door in right corner. Behind possibly earlier section roofed parallel to road with slight hip down to junction with left section. Right end of roof runs into cross-wing. 2 small wings behind. Right section: slightly projecting cross-wing with roof hipped to road and one 3-light first-floor casement.

Roof of wing bridged to central section with roof parallel to road and higher than that of left section. Cottage adjoining: C17. Timber-framed with ground floor underbuilt in painted brick. First floor rendered between studs, plain tile roof.

One storey, approximately 2 timber-framed bays, with 5 widely- spaced studs between end posts. 2 very small casements.

Roof hipped to left. Large projecting stack on stone base to right gable. Brick lean-to to left. Rear elevation weatherboarded with plank door off-centre to left of elevation.
