House. 1812. Brick, rendered to west gable on demolition of 24. Plain tiled roof. 2 storeys and dormer attic in 2 bays. Round-arched doorway to right with timber reveals. One sash window left with glazing bars under a gauged skewback arch, 2 similar to first floor. Low parapet partly conceals two C20 flat-topped dormers. Internal gable-end stack to east.
