House and shop. Early C19, altered late C20. Coursed, squared limestone rubble, brick ridge and party wall stacks and pantile roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 4-window range. Right-hand 2-window house has an ashlar surround to a right-hand panelled door; long left-hand range has a left-hand carriage entrance with a timber cornice, and a double shop front with wide central half-glazed door and plate-glass windows, beneath a fascia and cornice, rebuilt mid C20. Horned plate-glass late C19 sashes in ashlar surrounds. INTERIOR not inspected.
