Houses, now shops and offices. Nos.25 and 26 early C19; Nos 27, 28 and 29 late C18. Nos 25 and 26: painted brick, slate roof, brick end stacks; Nos 27, 28 and 29: brick, slate roof, brick end stacks. EXTERIOR: Nos 25 and 26: 3 storeys and cellar; 2-window range: 8/8 sashes, and 4/4 sashes, with stone sills under brick segmental arches; brick modillion eaves. Modern shop fronts. Nos 27, 28 and 29: 3 storeys and cellar; 2-window range: 6/6 sashes, and 4/4 sashes under gauged brick segmental arches; brick modillion eaves. 6-panel doors to left, with overlights in grooved cases under flat hoods (missing from No.28). INTERIOR: No.25: C19 dogleg staircase with stick balusters, moulded rail and dado rail. 2nd floor: 4-panel doors; architraves. 1st floor: 4-panel doors; overlight. Cellar: partly stone-lined. No.27: C19 dogleg and winder staircase with stick balusters and swan neck rail. 2nd floor: 2-panel doors. 1st floor: 4-panel door; C19 cast-iron fireplace; overlight with glazing bars; architraves. Ground floor: 2 glazed panelled doors; overlight with glazing bars; wall cupboard. Cellar: cobbled floor; C19 timber-framed partition wall; mainly stone-lined. No.28: C19 dogleg staircase with stick balusters and turned newels. 2nd floor: 2-panel doors; C19 fireplace. 1st floor: 2-panel doors with architraves; C19 fireplace. Ground floor: 2-panel door; corner cupboard; 6-panel door. No.29: C19 dogleg staircase with stick balusters and turned newels. 2nd floor: three 6-panel doors. 1st floor: 6-panel doors with architraves; coloured margin-glazed and panelled door. Cellar: stone-lined.
