Farmhouse. Mid-late C18 with C19 alterations. Brick, colour-washed. Welsh slate roof. Double-depth plan with 2-room, central entrance-hall north front. 2 storeys with attic, 3 bays; symmetrical. Doorcase with pilasters carrying entablature and hood; panelled door beneath moulded lintel and overlight in panelled reveal. 12-pane sashes in reveals with sills beneath segmental arches. Stepped eaves. Pair of ornate C19 rebuilt ridge stacks with pointed chamfered slits to shafts, dentilled brick cornice and square pots. Left return has C20 inserted door, C19 ground-floor canted bay window with plate-glass sashes, cornice and flat hood, 6-pane attic sliding sash beneath segmental arch. Right return has C20 inserted door and window to ground floor, 12-pane flush sash to first floor, hatch with board door to attic. Interior contains open-well staircase with corniced handrail and plain balusters; not fully investigated.
