22/105 Churchyard sundial approximately 25 metres south-east of Church of St Nicholas

GV II

Sundial. C18, with C20 lower steps. Limestone ashlar, with concrete lower steps; brass dial and gnomon. Square-plan C20 lower steps around original octagonal base of 3 steps with moulded nosing, carrying bulbous shaft with moulded octagonal base, and moulded top with inscribed sundial and gnomon.

Sundial bears worn inscription:

Watch for you know not the Hour William (illegible date) Bird London
