3/70 Barn about 30 yards south west of Lower Tundridge Farmhouse -

GV II

Barn. Mid C17 restored in C20. Timber-framed with large, square plastered infill panels, rubble plinth and tiled roof. 5 structural bays; central wagon bay with opposed entries; the entry to the south west elevation is now blocked.

Main north east elevation has planked double doors to wagon bay and stable door to bay at south east end. Roof has end tie beam trusses and trenched purlins with 3 intermediate raking strut trusses; bay at south east end separated by tie-beam truss cross frame with some wattle-and-daub infill.
