Dated 1837 but altered later in C19. It has the buckle of the Arms of the Pelham family of Stanmer Park on it. One storey and attic. Four windows.

Four gabled dormers. Stuccoed. Tiled roof. Casement windows. Gabled addition of one window at east end, the ground floor faced with flints, above tile-hung.

At west end similar addition for the schooluaster's house of 2 storeys and one window bay faced with flints on ground floor and tile-hung on first floor and gable over.
