1840 by Thomas Cubitt and once leased to Sir William Napier. Somewhat altered.
Villa of three storeys and basement, three windows. Stucco with incised lines.
Low pitched slated roof with end chimney walls and central raised, glazed small attic. Eaves soffit with modillions. Moulded architraves to windows, some sashes, some casements. Cornices and segmental pediments to first floor windows. Projecting canted bay at ground floor left. Central projecting enclosed porch with pilasters, entablature and balustrade. Half glazed door with side lights and large rectangular fanlight. Five steps whose side walls hold tall cast iron lampholders. Formerly the house of music-hall star Vesta Victoria.
