SK 32 NE PARISH OF SWARKESTONE DERBY ROAD 3/248 (East Side) Bridge Farmhouse and Attached Farm Building GV II Farmhouse. Early C19. Red brick with painted stone dressings and slate roof with brick gable stacks, plus dentilled eaves band. Two storeys and three bays. Central panelled door with divided overlight below wedge lintel with bottom edge very slightly arched to each side of central keystone. To either side there are glazing bar sashes below similar lintels and above there are three similar sashes. Attached to north side of house is a single storey farmbuilding with plain title roof and a blank wall to street elevation. Included for group value only.
