Pair of houses, now one. Early-mid C19. Coursed limestone rubble with brick gable stacks and stone slate roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys and attic; 4-window range. Irregular quoins, dressed cambered heads with linked imposts to openings, inner doorways, the left-hand one with an inserted window, the right-hand one with a boarded door set to the right; late C19 right-hand casements and late C20 left-hand casements, and a left-hand gabled C20 dormer. Rear right-hand late C20 extension and entrance. INTERIOR: not inspected. Despite later remodelling, the building is included for its contribution to the listed group on West Street.
