942 (East Side) No 22 TL 4458 SE 6/81 29.3.62 II GV 2.

Cl7 timber framed, refaced in brick circa 1730. 3 storeys with attics; red brick; tiled roof; gabled end to King's Parade; 2 recesses; rainwater pipe with shaped head; North front 5 windows; later sashes; moulded stone cornice below parapet; gabled dormers in roof. Modern shop fronts both elevations. Cl8 oak staircase. (RCHM 120).

All the listed buildings on the East Side of King's Parade form a group.
