Cl820 terrace of uniform 3 storey houses, ashlar faced. Plinth, cornice cove and parapet, 3 windows each, recessed sashes, some glazing bars. No 79 has good 1st floor cast iron verandah/balcony. Cast iron pierced bracket supports and trellis standards, swept canopy. No 71 has mid Cl9 enclosed ashlar porch with panelled pilasters and segmental blocking course similar to that of No 2 Park Place, The Avenue. No 75 has projecting Tuscan columned porch on pedestal base with entablature: stone balustrade extending each side across front. Panelled doors. The other houses have stone slab hoods on cut shaped brackets.
