TG 2006 S EATON STREET, EATON (south-east side) 36/300 - Nos. 30 & 32.
(Ann's Pantry) - II House(s), now shop and bakery. Probably C17 core with extensive later alterations. Painted brick with rendered plinth. Right end wall has flint and brick rubble with red brick dressings, pantiled roof.
2 storeys; 3 first floor windows. C20 shop door is flanked by similar bow windows with glazing bars. Another plain door and window to left.
2 early C19 first-floor casements to No. 32 have small side-hung lights.
No. 30 has C20 top-hung casement. Scattered iron ties. Right gable has stringcourse above a segmental-headed window. Tumbled brick parapet on kneelers indicates altered roof-line, originally steeper and now truncated. Interior: boxed ceiling beams on ground floor; replaced roof with plank ridge.
