Villa. c1860. Probably by TE Owen. Roughcast. Welsh slate roof, rendered stack on each side of right hand front facing gable. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 6 bays 1:1:1:1 splayed:2:1 blind. Asymmetrical. On left and to first floor is a 2-leaf 4-pane casement, each set under flat rendered arch with rusticated surround, to right is a 1-storey porch with plain tiled gabled hood and open shaped bargeboards set on face of projecting square tower. Entrance has a recessed 4-pane glazed door with 3 centred arched fanlight set in archway with rendered architrave. On first floor of tower is a 9-pane casement with Y tracery glazing set under pointed arch, moulded cornice band and crenellated parapet. On right of tower and at first floor is a 2-leaf 4-pane casement each set within a rusticated rendered surround, first floor casement has drip label, facing gable with shaped open bargeboards. To right is a 3-sided tower, right side splayed. On splay and at first floor is a 6-pane casement with tracery glazing set under pointed arch.
On right of tower at first floor are 2 similar narrow pointed windows each with 8-panes set under facing gable with open shaped bargeboards. On left and right returns each has similar facing gable, left return has a 1-storey canted bay with 2 long margin glazed casements, moulded band and crenellated parapet with on first floor 2-pane casement within rusticated rendered surround with drip labels.
