PARISH OF TICKNALL HIGH STREET SK 32 SE 4/88 (East Side) No 11 (The Firs) GV II House. Early C19. Rendered brick. Hipped Welsh slate roof with central ridge stack. Two storeys. Chamfered plinth.

Plain first floor sill band. Symmetrical two-bay west elevation has central doorway with moulded wooden doorcase, panelled door and rectangular overlight, flanked by glazing bar sashes. Two smaller glazing bar sashes above, all under flat arches.
