WOKINGHAM DENMARK STREET SU 8168 SW (West side) 19/8 No.35 2.5.74 G.V. II Hall house, now office. Late C15, altered and extended C16, altered and restored late C20. Timber framed with painted render infill, weatherboarded on rear gable; old tile gabled roof. L-plan, 2 x 2 framed bays, former hall in southern bay. One storey. C20 casement windows on first floor, C20 single fixed light windows on ground floor between framing. C20 entrance door on right hand of road front.

Interior:- timber frame exposed completely, with some replacement timbers. Jowled posts, queen post roof, clasped purlins. Now part of nos. 31 and 33, (listed separately. 19/ 7).
