SU 16 NW WEST OVERTON LOCKERIDGE (east side) 9/136 Nos 60 and 62 II Pair of estate cottages. c1870-80. Flemish brickwork on stone foundation plinth, tile hung to first floor, and tiled roof.

Bilaterally symmetrical, with recessed entrances to stair halls towards centre, and living rooms on outer side. Raised lean-to tiled porch of open timberwork on dwarf brick walls. Brickwork has diaper blue brick patterning. Three light windows with finely gauged brick arches and roll arris. Central steep gable with herringbone timbering and panelled barge boards, and flush gabled dormers. Ribbed brick stacks to outer gables. No 60 has entrance altered. Both have inconsequential rear extensions.
