Description

This information is taken from the statutory List as it was in 2001 and may not be up to date.

ST BREWARD CHURCHTOWN, St Breward SX 07 NE 5/198 Cross to west of The Old Inn - II

Resited cross. Medieval. Granite monolith. Rectangular-on-plan. Rectangular shaft with moulded corners carved on both faces and sides, the carving partly eroded and difficult to distinguish. It is uncertain whether the cross originally had a wheelhead although it appears to have been truncated at the top and base.
