Estate Cottage. Early C19. Ham stone cut and squared, ashlar dressings; Welsh slates between coped gables with stone ridges; stone and brick chimney stacks. In C16 Gothic style; single storey with gable attic; West elevation has a 3 bay projecting gable and a 3 bay extension southwards. Moulded camber-arched doorway with square label in centre of gable; to either side and above 2 light ovolo-mould mullioned windows with diamond leaded panes and labels over kneelers. Extension has matching windows to bays 1 and 3, and double boarded doors in moulded cambered arch under square label to bay-2.<
